We are so happy you are interested in meeting with us in person.

If you live on the southern Oregon coast, you have the unique opportunity to meet with us in person for individual therapy sessions.  Groups are offered online for people from all over the world.

Living with an illness that changes your life is ___________

Confusing.  Exhausting.  An invitation to grow.

Everyone fills in the blank a bit differently.

Cancer, autoimmune illnesses, diabetes, heart disease, depression and anxiety.  All of these life-changing experiences can create cycles of pain, stress, low energy and fatigue.  Often, these cycles are connected to patterns in how we experience energy, intimacy, purpose, story, identity, change and community.  Throughout your life, these experiences create pathways in your body.  The pathways are co-created by your emotions, perceptions, senses and memories.  These pathways influence how your brain, nerves, muscles, immune system, gut and hormones work together.

The magic happens when you shift and transform what's happening in your life and body so it supports your deepest well-being.  We know creating the life and health you want takes connection and encouragement.  We'd like to support you.  We're here for you.

Meet Our Bandon Therapist:  Ivy C. Wagner, CSWA
541-329-2144

I am a mental health therapist.  My work focuses on supporting people as they heal, grow, and embrace their dreams.  I specialize in helping people process their experiences of life-changing illnesses.  When people come to meet with me, we spend time uncovering life patterns that are creating problems and symptoms.  Together, we create ways to shift and transform these patterns and stories.  Witnessing people as they experience deeper and greater energy, happiness, love, and purpose delights me.

Licensed as a Clinical Social Work Associate in Oregon, I received my Master in Clinical Social Work and Holistic Health Studies from the University of St Thomas and St Catherine University in 2012.  I am completing a doctorate degree at Arizona State University as I research the overlap and connections between our emotional, spiritual, and physical health.  I have training in narrative therapy, Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy, expressive writing and meditation.

Where are you located in Bandon?
I meet with people for individual and group therapy and counseling at the Young Wellness Center for Natural Healing (1125 Alabama Ave SE).  Click here for directions.

When can I make an appointment?
Each week, I am available for 60 minute in-person appointments at the following times.
Mondays: 9:00 am; 10:15 am; 11:30 am; 12:45 pm and 2:00 pm
Tuesdays: 9:00 am; 10:15 am; 11:30 am; 12:45 pm and 2:00 pm

How can I pay for an appointment?
I do not participate in or accept any insurance plan payments.  I can provide paperwork to you that might allow you to get reimbursed for your payments to me.  Every insurance policy and FSA/HSA account is written differently so it is important that you speak to your insurance regarding your out-of-network mental health coverage prior to your first session.  I accept cash, checks and credit/debit cards for payment.
